Return Policy

Order Cancellation


We accept order cancellations before production or shipping.

You will receive a full refund if your order is cancelled.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

Returns (if applicable)


We accept returns. Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • With intact packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns.

Note: Custom or personalized products are not eligible for 15-day free returns.

If the return is due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which depends on the courier you select.
